Choosing a Class Introduction There are four classes to choose from on Conquer. They are Warrior, Trojen, Toaist, and Archer.
Warrior Warriors are adept in the use of all kinds of weapons and armors, and combat skills. They are loyal and fearless. They fight for belief, for their country and for what they think is right....So they enshroud themselves in heavy armors towards the endless battle. Pros - High HP and Strength & defence, tons of abilities Cons - Can't use magic, low agility, are expensive.
Trojan The Trojans stand for might/strength. They are excellent in two weapon wielding and combat skills. They declare no fear for pain. They always attack and kill their enemies so swiftly that the enemies have no chance to retaliate Pros - High HP, Strength and defence, two-hand combat. Cons - Can't use magic, low agility, very slow, hard to train aftr certain levels.
Taoist It is said Taoists are the dirtiest of the purest, the meanest of the noblest, the cruelest of the kindest and the briefest of eternity, while the omnipotent God said, "They are only the creators of miracles." There are two kinds... Fire Taoist Although All Taoists can learn combat spells, only Fire Taoists are proficient in them. Perhaps they are affected by magic, they are always hot tempered and intolerable to evil. They declare they uphold justice as well as protect the purity of the world, but often they kill other without reason. People say they bring the world, not purity, but destruction. Pros - Learn magic and use it well, high magic defense, offensive magic. Cons - Low HP and Strength, one defensive spell. Water Taoist Unlike the Fire Taoists, they are always calm and peaceful, they stand aloof from the worldly affairs. They do not regard others as enemies. They use their powers to heal and revive others. They have no powerful magic spells, but they will heal you when you are hurt. Pros - Learn magic and use it well, high magic defense, deffensive magic. Cons - Low HP and Strength, none offensive spell.
Archer The archer's speed will never let you down. Their skill with the bow is unsurpassable. They hit a target as accurate as an eagle, as swift as a rabbit. Enemies seldom have a chance to get close to an archer before they are shot dead. Pros - Have high agility, suprisingly powerful, can attack from a distance Cons - Can't use magic, low magic defense, only truely good at using a bow.

Monsters...they rule the Conquer world (pretty much anyway lol). To beat them, you need to understand them. When you start Conquer, you are on level one. You need to level up by killing monsters and gaining EXP (Experience Points). You will notice that while you are killing monsters, a black bar just above the hot key bar will be filling up, this is the exp bar, when it fills to 100% you gain a level. To see how far into a level you are, hover your mouse over the black bar and you will see a green percentage come up (for example, 28.930%).
Monster Leveling You'll notice that when you kill monsters, they're name will appear above they're health bar, the names are in different colours. Green - Easy, you can kill in one or two hits. White - Medium, possible to kill, but it'll take a little while. Red - Hard, it is possible to kill, but will take a while, possibly deadly hits. Black - Deadly, do not attempt to kill them, they will kill you, unless you are an archer, you can attack them from afar and dodge them...hehehe!
It's best to kill Green and White named monsters. The harder the monster, the more exp you get.
Tips and hints 1. Taoists and Archers - If you're in an area where you're at a safe distance from red or black named monsters, attack them from a distance, you won't kill them, but you gain alot of EXP is your attack hits!
2. If you're near death, keep the Crtl button down while you click, you can jump away.

At one point, you may see someone talking about 'power leveling'. This is simple to explain and easy to understand... What is Power Leveling?Power Leveling is when someone stronger than you helps you level up quickly and efficiently. How does it work? When you kill things normally, you gain exp, which levels you up; when you power level the same thing happens, only you form a team with someone who is usually stronger than you (a higher level) and they kill stronger things than you can, by doing this, the whole team gains the exp, but the amount is alot higher because the monster/animal/creature is alot tougher. Great! Will anyone be willing to though?I've found that some people are interested in power leveling people who are under level 20. If someone offers, then its an idea to accept. No one wants to power level me! What do I do?I'm on the Thunder Server. If you are on there, and want some power levelling, feel free to ask me. My character name is Grey, whisper me and I'll get there asap. Hopefully I will be online. I know several people who might be able to power level you if I can't, so, I'll whisper you back if I'm online. I wanna power level someone...how?To power level someone, form a team with them (by choosing the 'team' button then clicking 'create') then take them to a training ground with tough monsters that you know you can kill. Keep killing them, the whole team gains the exp. Important Note!If someone offers to power level you, make sure that you avoid the attacks from the monster. You could get seriously hurt or even die.

A house is a good thing to have because you can retire there if you don't feel like fighting anything, plus, you can only let in who you want. Getting a house is a long quest...
Why get a house? Getting a house is a good way to heal yourself without being disturbed. It is a very good way to talk to your friends without everyone else listening in. You can only invite people in who are in your team, or who are your spouse.
Pros Getting a house allows privacy. You can purchase an item box and keep all your special items in there (up to 8). You can decorate it how you want and can just relax there without pkers. Cons It takes alot of time and work to get a house. You can only store 8 items in your item box (unless you purchase multiple item boxes).
Important NPCs There are several NPCs you need... Craftsman - located in the Market (141,107) Carpenter - located in the Market(168,99) House Agent - located in Twin City (400,284) House Admin - located in the Market (199,87)
Getting a house The basic requirements Here is the way I'd get a house... 1. Buy a picaxe from the Storekeeper in Twin City. It costs 1000silver. 2. Buy a 'Twin City Scroll' from the Pharmacist in Twin City. It costs 200silver. Place it in a shortcut box. 3. Go to the Conductress just outside Twin City, near the pheasants and ask to go to the Mine Cave, it will cost 100silver. 4. You need to mine some ores.
Gaining a house 1. Find Craftsman and exchange a timber with 5 iron ores (you can dig iron ores from mine cave). 2. Find Carpenter and exchange a Rosewood Voucher with 10 timbers, and exchange a Timber Voucher with 10 Rosewood Vouchers. 3. Find House Agent and exchange a House Permit with 5 timber Vouchers. 4. Find House Admin, give him the House Permit and 300,000 silver, and you will have a house of your own. In the house, you will have an item box. You can deposit 8 items in it and it works like a warehouse. You can furnish your house after you upgrade it to grade two.
Entering Your House If you want to go home, just ask House Admin to teleport you home. Your spouse can enter your house whenever he/she likes. And he/she can also take out items from the item box in your house. Your friends cannot enter your house unless you team them up to lead them to your house.
Ores - What are they and why do I need them? Ores are pieces of ground that have elements in them, the ores are: iron, silver, gold, euxenite. You exchange five ores for timber. You need timber for rosewood vouchers, which you need for timber vouchers. How many ores will I need? Take a look at the equation below the number in [brackets] are the number of ores in total so far...
5 x 1 ore = 1 timber [5] 10 x 1 timber = 1 rosewood voucher [50] 10 x 1 rosewood voucher = 1 timber voucher [500] 5 x 1 timber voucher = 1 house [uugh 2500]
In total, you will need 2500 ores. Add 300,000silver.
My Advice My advice to you is that once your inventory is full, go to the carpentor and trade as many ores as possible for as much timber as possible, place those timbers in your warehouse. *When you have ten, swap them for a rosewood voucher. *Repeat until you have ten rosewood vouchers. *Swap these vouchers for one timber voucher. *Repeat until you have 5 timber vouchers.
Upgrading Your House
NPCs Stoneman, Market (184,103) House Agent, Twin City (400,285) House Admin, Market (199,87) Furniture NPC, Twin City (409,370)
1. Find Stoneman, exchange a Copper Ore Voucher with 12 Copper Ores, and exchange an Ore Voucher with 10 Copper Ore Vouchers. 2. Find House Agent, and exchange an Upgrade Certificate with 10 Ore Vouchers. 3. Find House Admin, give him the Upgrade Certificate and 500,000 silver, and you can have your house upgraded.
Here we go: 12 x 1 copper ore = 1 Copper ore voucher [12] 10 x 1 copper ore voucher = 1 Ore Voucher [120] 10x 1 Ore Voucher = 1 Upgrade Permit [1200] + 500,000silver to that =P

Screenshots being edited Promotions Introduction When you start Conquer, you choose a class and are often known as 'Intern(class name here)'. eg, archers start as 'InternArcher'. As you increase in level, you can increase your job level/get promoted.
How do I get promoted? When you reach level 15, you can get your first promotion. Head to the following co-ordinates in Twin City... 402, 390 Here is a screenshot, there is a portal on the steps, just click on it...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You must meet certain criteria to be promoted. This may/does include: Being a certain level And you may sometimes require and item.
Locating your God/Star/Moon I've made a map of how you can locate the person who can promote you. You see that little map in the top right corner? Keep that up when you are inside the promotion building, it'll help. See this picture? On the map in the top right corner, you will see a coloured dot, on the left you'll see who the dot is. Simply go to the dot that is the promoter of your class...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Which God/Star/Moon is mine? Check this: Warrior God (red dot) - Warrior Archer God (violet dot) - Archer Trojan Star (yellow dot) - Trojan Taoist Moon (orange dot) - Taoist Taoist Star (green dot) - Taoist
Skills Introduction Skills are a large part of Conquer Online. They are sometimes very pretty and sparkly (heheh!) and can be easy to learn.
How do I learn skills? Skills can be learned from books and '(class name here)Gods/Stars/Moons'. Learning from Gods/Stars/Moons - To learn a skill from a God/Star/Moon, head to the area where you get promoted (see above for details) and locate your God/Star/Moon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once you have located them, click on them and choose 'Learn (class name here) Skills'...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Choose a skill and click on it, if you can learn it, you will, if not, you will be given a reason...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Learning skills with Books When you receive a skill book, simply right click on it it to learn it. Sometimes you might not be able to learn a skill because of several reasons, Not high enough (stat name here) You cannot use it because you are not the right class or Your level isn't high enough. This is a picture of me not being able to learn a skill, for tutorial purposes...hehehe...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you learn a skill, click on the skill button on the bottom right corner, and you're skills will be viewable. If your skill is in a 'dark' colour, you cannot use it...

Marriage Introduction In the world of Conquer, there are many players, many people that you can talk to. On your journey, you may find a special someone, someone so special that you want to get married (this is only in game marriage).
Information What are the requirements? To get married you have to be at least level 20. It's advised that you actually have feelings for your spouse to be as well lol. How do I get married? There are two ways to get married... 1. Go to the market... Go to the market with your spouse to be, click on the Love Stone (192,193), follow the instructions and then click on your spouse to be. 2. Go to Desert City, matchmaker... Go to Desert City, go to the matchmaker (462,589), go through the options, then click on your spouse to be.
Divorce Introduction When you get married, you might realise that this person isn't the right one for you, so you get a divorce. The only way to divorce your spouse is to get a Meteor Tear...
Meteor Tear What is it? A Meteor Tear is something created from a meteor by true love. What is its use? It's used for divorce. You will need: 2 Bird Island Scrolls 1 Phoenix Castle Scroll 1 Desert City Scroll 1 Meteor 1 Amarita 100 silver
Process... 1. Go to the little village at the bottom right of Pheonix Castle map. It's not passed the bridge. 2. Talk to Milly and help her out, she will give you a letter. 3. Go to Bird Island and talk to Minner, help her out, give her the letter. She will give you a Guardian Star. 4. Go to Desert City, buy an Armarita (if you don't already have one) and go to the conductress, pay 100 silver to go to Mystic Castle. 5. Talk to Joe, offer him the Armarita, he will give you a Sand Meteor for he Guardian Star and a regular Meteor. 6. Go back to Bird Island and talk to Minner again, she will give you a Meteor Tear.
Getting Divorced After you have got a meteor tear, collect a meteor (available from all monsters-after killing alot of them, I suggest bandits) and go to Starlit, an NPC in the market (73,173). Follow in convosation to get divorced.
